Both Argentinean riders, Gonzalo Joaquín Najar and Gastón Emiliano Javier, both belonging to the Sindicato de Empleados Públicos de San Juan team, have been informed that some irregularities have been found in their blood tests, which were obtained during the San Juan International Tour. The Riders Antidoping Foundation (CADF), a body independent from the UCI, carried out the tests.
